Last updated January 2026. This policy explains how All-in-One Calculator handles your data.
Last updated: January 15, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. The All-in-One Calculator ecosystem is designed to be offline-first and privacy-focused: most features work completely on your device with no account and no data collection whatsoever.
This policy explains what limited information we process when you use optional features like cloud sync, subscriptions, crash reporting and AI. In short: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and you can delete anything you share at any time.
Core calculators: None. Basic, scientific and most other calculators run entirely on your device and never transmit data. There is no analytics SDK in the core experience.
Optional account features: If you choose to sign in with Google to enable sync, we receive your name and email address from Google. We use these only to identify your account. We never receive or store your password.
Crash reports: If an app crashes, we may receive anonymized technical diagnostics (device model, OS version, crash stack) via Sentry to help us fix bugs. No personal data is included.
Every calculator engine is built to run fully offline. Your calculations, history and settings stay on your device and are never uploaded unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
Nothing is transmitted while you use a calculator — even AI features only communicate when you ask a question to an online provider of your choice.
We do not show third-party ads, and we do not integrate advertising SDKs. No ad networks profile your usage, and no advertising identifiers are collected.
If this ever changes, we will update this policy and your apps before anything ships.
Some optional pro features may be offered as subscriptions. Payments are processed entirely by the app store (Google Play) — we never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat, a purchase infrastructure service. RevenueCat receives transactional metadata (such as entitlement status and store identifiers) needed to deliver your purchases across devices.
RevenueCat processes purchase entitlements and subscription state on our behalf. It does not receive financial details — those remain with your payment provider.
For RevenueCat's own privacy practices, please refer to RevenueCat's privacy policy. You can disable RevenueCat's SDK by not subscribing to any paid features.
When you enable optional cloud sync, we use Supabase to store encrypted copies of your calculator history and settings. This data is associated with your Google account only.
Sync is opt-in and off by default. You can disable sync or delete your synced data at any time from app settings, which permanently removes it from our cloud.
Sign-in is handled via Google OAuth. We receive your name, email address and profile picture URL for the purpose of identifying your account.
We do not request or receive any other Google permissions. You can disconnect your account at any time, and we do not post anything or access your Google Drive.
We use Sentry for crash reporting and performance monitoring. Sentry receives device type, OS version, app version and stack traces when errors occur.
Sentry data is aggregated and used only to improve reliability. No personal, financial or calculation data is sent to Sentry.
AI features are fully optional and always require your explicit action. When you ask an AI calculator a question, the prompt is sent directly from your device to the AI provider you have configured.
We do not store, log, train on or read your AI conversations. Nothing is sent to us in the process.
If you use your own AI API key (BYOK), the key is stored only in your device's secure keystore. It is never transmitted to our servers and is only used to authenticate requests directly to the provider you chose.
You can remove your key at any time with a single tap, and it is permanently erased from your device.
When you enable local AI models, inference runs entirely on your device. Your prompts and model data never leave your phone — not even to our servers.
Local models may consume additional storage and battery, which is why they remain strictly optional.
If you publish calculators on the Creator Marketplace, we store the content you submit (your creator profile, calculator definitions and descriptions) to display them publicly.
You remain the owner of your content. Published content may be removed by you at any time, or by us if it violates the Terms of Service or marketplace guidelines.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing.
You may exercise these rights by emailing us at the address below. We respond to all requests within 30 days. Our lawful basis for processing is your consent and the performance of our contract with you.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing.
We do not sell, rent or share personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we will never do so without asking.
