These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the All-in-One Calculator apps, website, and related services (together, the 'Service'). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the apps; copy, modify or distribute the apps; use the Service to infringe others' rights; or use automated means (scrapers, bots) against the Service or website.

Calculators are provided for general information and educational purposes. Finance, health and other specialized calculators are not professional advice — consult a qualified professional for decisions involving significant money or health outcomes.

Accounts are optional and created through Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google credentials.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from app settings or by contacting us. Account deletion is irreversible.

Some optional pro features may be offered as subscriptions, purchased through the app store (Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to the store's refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

The Creator Platform allows you to build and publish your own calculators ('Creator Content'). You retain full ownership of Creator Content you create.

By publishing Creator Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the Service.

You are responsible for your Creator Content and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. We may remove any Creator Content that violates these Terms or marketplace guidelines.

The Creator Marketplace is a platform that connects calculator creators with users. We are not a party to transactions between creators and users.

We may curate, feature or rank listed calculators, and we may remove listings that violate our guidelines, without liability.

Users are encouraged to review creators' reputation scores and content before installation.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the apps and deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will notify you where reasonable.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including Liability and Dispute provisions) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the apps or website before taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
